Highly nutritional and rich in taurine, zinc and magnesium, oysters are also known as the gmilk of the seash. With high glycogen content, oysters can help to enhance liver function when eaten with tofu.
Preparation

Cut the grilled tofu in half lengthwise and then into slices 1.5cm thick.

Wash the oysters in salted water.
3.
Julienne the ginger.

Put the ingredients in gAh in a pan and heat. Add the oysters 2 and the ginger 3, bring to the boil and then take out the oysters.

Add water to the pan 4 and simmer the tofu 1 in this pan.
6.
Once the flavors have soaked into the grilled tofu, put the oysters 4 back into the pan and bring to the boil. Serve into bowls and garnish with shredded scallions.
